For those of you who missed the debates on amendments to the NDAA, the most important of which failed despite the pleas of hundreds of thousands of concerned US citizens, here is a great clip showing debate over the $18b nuclear bomber that I'm sure weapons manufacturers paid top dollar to keep on our Bought Congress' WMD shopping list:
